Food safety checklist - UK Food Standards Agency

This checklist covers basic items checked during a food safety inspection of any food catering business by the Food Standards Agency in the UK. Use this checklist for weekly or monthly audits and correct issues in any of the following areas site hygiene, food storage and handling practices, personal hygiene, pest and waste management, record keeping, supplier management.

Hygiene Of Food Rooms & Equipment

1. Are food rooms and equipment in good condition and well maintained?
