1. Is a copy of the purchase order available without cost itemization?

2. Are deviations, waivers, and status documented?

3. Is there a list of part numbers associated with the purchase?

4. Is there a list of drawing(s) available, including lower-level drawing revision and status?

5. Is there a list of software configuration(s) and their status?

6. Is there a list of qualification and routine inspection and test procedures, work instructions, and their status?

7. Is there a list of unit(s) qualification test reports, if applicable?

8. Are routine and test inspection reports, including bubble drawings, available?

9. Is there a list of assembly/special processes, including title, control document number, and status?

10. Is there a list of material qualification test report results and their status?

11. Is the manufacturing plan, including the workflow diagram, available?

12. Are other requirements documented (e.g., AWS weld qualifications, color verifications, packaging, acceptance criteria, serialization, list of samples with their approval status)?
