4. What is the license plate number?

5. What is the date of the inspection?

1. Is the current vehicle registration available?

2. Is proof of insurance available?

3. Does the driver have a valid commercial driving license (CDL)?

4. Is the Medical Examiner’s Certificate available?

5. Is the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) or logbook (if required) available?
