2. Is the information required by the CQC, such as the statement of purpose, information on complaints and compliments, and details of staff, organized before the inspection?

3. Are comment cards supplied by the CQC distributed to patients to complete, allowing them to share their experience of the service?

4. Are posters supplied by the CQC displayed to advertise the inspection to patients, enabling them to share their experience of the service?

1. Is time set aside to speak to the inspector during their visit?

2. When the inspection team visits, is the service provider ensuring they communicate the things they believe they do well?
