1. Beer cooler clean

2. Floor drains clean

3. Polish brass railing

4. Polish brass and chrome beer taps

5. Polish espresso machine

6. Wipe down displayed liquor bottles

7. Clean bar mirrors

8. Rotate beer & wine coolers

9. Clean cash register, credit card terminal, telephone

10. Clean back bar

11. Rotate, soak & sanitize pour spouts

12. Lock beer & wine coolers & taps

13. Take floor mats to back dock

14. Empty trash cans

15. Burn all ice bins

16. Cover & store all bar fruit (discard as required)

17. Cover & store all mixers and juices sweet & sour, juices, bloody mary mix, pina mix and other mixers

18. Clean margarita rim salters

19. Empty frozen drink machine; refrigerate leftover and clean machine

20. Re-stock rocks glasses, highballs, pilsners, wine glasses, snifters, coffee mugs

21. Clean all blenders & mixers

22. Clean all bar utensils & supplies

23. Clean all glassware and plates.

24. Re-stock beer cooler

25. Re-stock liquor empties

26. Wipe down service well liquor bottles

27. Clean & soak soda gun nozzles

28. Wipe down bar top

29. Wipe down & put up bar stools

30. Empty & clean bar sink

31. Sweep & clean bar floor

32. Turn off music, bar TV, etc.

33. Turn off neon lights and signs

34. Count bar bank

35. Complete comp & waste log
