1. Is every public space in the establishment handicap accessible by at least one route that is at least 36 inches wide?

2. Are all accessible routes stable, firm, and slip-resistant?

3. If a route is more than 200 feet long, is there passing space available at least 60 x 60 inches?

4. Are handicap routes situated on a level surface, with a slope of less than 1:48 in all directions?

5. Are there either full-size or LULA (Limited Use/Limited Application) elevators providing access to all public stories?

6. Do elevator buttons have braille options, and are they positioned at a maximum height of 48 inches?

7. Do door signs include a braille option and raised letters?

8. Are door signs positioned on the latch side of the door?

9. Do wall signs use a contrasting color background to the lettering?
