1. Is the number and type of readers in accordance with the specification and any amendment?

2. Is there adequate ventilation in the area of the CPU?

3. Are warning labels still in place?

4. Are all cables and conduits properly supported, undamaged, and showing no signs of wear?

5. Are there sound physical fixings of all equipment including checking for loosening or corrosion of supports and fixings?

6. Are all glands, seals, and connections on all external equipment checked?

7. Is the equipment free from environmental problems such as dust, vibration, electrical interference, etc?

8. Is the system ensured to remain protected against unauthorized interference, e.g., password levels?

9. Are reader timings checked as specified?

10. Is the operation of all door fixings and furniture checked to be satisfactory?

11. Is the function of all interfaces with alarms checked to be satisfactory including the correct triggering of alarms?

12. Does the performance of the system(s) continue to meet the agreed specification/operational requirement according to the periodic test scheme agreed with the customer?

13. Are all connections checked and labeled?

14. Is the customer's system logbook filled in?
