1. Is everyone present in the warehouse wearing high visibility clothing?

2. Are Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs) maintain a 1 metre gap where there are pedestrians?

3. Do PIT drivers always have clear paths and full visibility in the direction they are moving?

4. Do PIT drivers acknowledge other vehicles / pedestrians and make eye contact before moving?

5. Is there physical segregation between pedestrian workers and PITs in aisles?

6. Is the maximum manual load handling limited to 25kg for men and 15kg for women?

7. Are workers strictly avoiding manual handling above shoulder height?

8. Are workers strictly working without bending their backs when picking up loads from floor level?

9. Do all rotating machines have danger zones clearly marked or enclosed?

10. Do all rotating machines have signs put up around?

11. Is access to the zone or enclosure prohibited when rotating machines are in operation?

12. Are the dock gates closed when there is no trailer at the dock?

13. Are the loading/unloading instructions posted at each gate being followed through?

14. Are all trailers at docks equipped with a wheel chock?

15. Are all trailers at docks equipped with a trestle if uncoupled?

16. Are safety pins in place on all the racking beams?

17. No damaged rack foot protection, especially at the ends of each rack.
