This checklist can be used for health & safety inspections in industrial settings such as manufacturing facilities, warehouses and jobsites. Aspects such as material handling, housekeeping, PPE, ladders, etc. are inspected to ensure safety at the workplace.

1. Are mechanical devices being used in place of manual handling of material?
