1. Have the thermometers and gauges been checked?

2. Has the vibration isolation been inspected?

3. Has the steam condensate system been evaluated?

4. Have the hot water heating systems been examined?

5. Have the computer room HVAC systems been tested?

6. Has the chemical water treatment system been reviewed?

7. Have the chillers been inspected?

8. Have the cooling towers been assessed?

9. Has the condenser water system been checked?

10. Have the air terminal unit systems (VAV, PIU, etc.) been evaluated?

11. Have the humidifiers been tested?

12. Have the duct silencers been inspected?

13. Have the dampers been reviewed?

14. Have the variable frequency drives and motors been checked?

15. Has the air distribution system been assessed?

2. Has the exterior skin been evaluated, including curtain wall, storefront, masonry, brick/stone veneers, precast panels, metal panels, stucco/EIFS, and siding?

3. Have the walls been checked for vapor barriers, insulation, mortar nets, weeps, joints, sealants, and masonry ties?

4. Has the slab on grade been inspected for vapor barriers, waterproofing, drainage, and foundation drains?

5. Have the doors and windows been reviewed for sealants, mechanical operation, sills, flashing, end dams, and hardware?

6. Have water tests, mockups, wind loads, and thermal infiltration been conducted?

7. Have the special design features (dome, cornice, canopy, skylight, etc.) been assessed?
